Beef. It's What's For...Christmas?
The cattle market has been trying to find some footing, but it’s hitting a wall in the February contract.
But there’s an opportunity for the beef demand to be stronger than expected.
“Post-Thanksgiving, we have a chance to sell some of the higher cuts going into Christmastime,” said Marty Foreman of Pro Farmer on Market Rally Radio Tuesday. “It could be a litmus test for beef seasonally.”
