It’s time to make your plans to attend the largest cattle convention and expo. The 2019 Cattle Industry Convention and NCBA Trade Show is Jan. 30 to Feb. 1.

Network with fellow cattlemen, create policy for the industry and to have some serious fun! Here’s the top highlights you can’t miss:

  • Football legend Terry Bradshaw will help kick off the Opening General Session on Wednesday.
  • CattleFax will present their Outlook Seminar Thursday during the second General Session.
  • The Closing Sesson will feature Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter John Ondrasik from Five for Fighting and his inspirational, creative message.
  • Cowboy Concert Series Featuring Big and Rich on Friday night, and the Louisiana Last Call After Party.

NCBA Trade Show

The NCBA Trade Show will bring all things cattle to a 6.5 acre lot! Whether you’re looking for new equipment, a new truck to fencing supplies, to the latest in technology or pharmaceuticals and ear tags and feed supplements at the Trade Show. All under one roof.

Be sure to attend some of the education sessions at the trade show, such as cattle care and animal handling techniques. Learn more.

Finalists have been name for the  National Anthem Contest, Cowboy Poetry Contest! Click to see who will be performing.

And, new for 2019, the BEEFit Wellness Program will have several ways to show how beef is part of a healthy diet. A yoga will be Wednesday at 6:00AM for $40 and BEEFit 5K will kick off on Thursday morning at 6AM for $40. Throughout the course of convention participants are encouraged to join in our walking challenge where they can earn extra steps by stopping at certain booths or by spotting golden cows hidden throughout our trade show floor. Prizes will be given out daily as well as an overall grand prize winner for the week for participating in all events.
