Thanks for watching this short video from one of the producers I work with in eastern Montana. I’m Lance Enget. I am a partner, with my mom and my brother and his family, on the ranch I grew up on in northwestern North Dakota. I’ve been working in the nutrition field for 27 years with Purina since graduating from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science. I continue to enjoy working with producers across eastern Montana, North Dakota, and western South Dakota.
At Purina, we take pride in providing a team approach to working with producers like yourself. We have access to Ph.D. cattle consultants, veterinarians, and the beef research team at the Purina Animal Nutrition Center in Gray Summit, Missouri. This amounts to decades of industry experience at your disposal to help solve problems.
My approach to working with your operation is to first take the time to fully understand the way that your operation aims to function, what resources are available and what obstacles stand in the way of accomplishing goals. From there a consultative approach is taken to determine what products, programs, or services we can implement to improve progress towards those goals. Ultimately, if recommendations are made, my focus is always to ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently to meet the nutritional requirements of your cattle.
