New York’s finest Kosher eateries, owned by Prime Hospitality Group, have raised beef quality to a superior level, becoming the first-ever Kosher restaurant group to serve the Certified Angus Beef ® brand. Patrons of The Prime Grill, Prime at the Bentley and Prime KO will now enjoy this new line of flavorful Kosher beef and can also purchase the same, premium dry-aged beef cuts at the group’s Prime Butcher Baker store.

"We are so excited to be the first Kosher establishment to be offering the Certified Angus Beef ® brand to our customers. We pride ourselves on presenting our guests with the most innovative and delicious Kosher creations and now we are at the forefront of yet another groundbreaking change for the Kosher community," says Joey Allaham, owner of Prime Hospitality Group. Chef David Kolotkin, Executive Chef of the Prime Hospitality Group adds, "I am constantly working on taking classic and authentic cuisines and re-inventing those flavors to make them more unique. I am eager to introduce this new type of beef to my colleagues and guests by offering Certified Angus Beef ® brand meat at our restaurants and shop."

The beef meets two levels of certification, allowing customers to enjoy the finest kosher beef. First, it must receive Orthodox Union ( ) certification to be named Glatt Kosher. The beef also achieves the Certified Angus Beef ® brand’s 10 quality standards, ensuring every bite is abundantly flavorful, incredibly tender and naturally juicy. The Kosher products extend the brand’s 35-year heritage of providing high-quality beef to the finest restaurants and grocery stores around the globe.

"We appreciate the quality focus of Prime Hospitality’s culinary professionals and are proud they have chosen the Certified Angus Beef ® brand for their customers," says Mark Polzer, vice president of business development for the beef brand.
