The latest checkoff-funded semiannual Consumer Beef Index survey shows increasingly positive perceptions about beef when it comes to nutrition, safety, taste and quality.

Likewise, a recent survey about consumer perceptions indicates that consumers are rating beef higher in terms of safety.
