Trump Administration Delays GIPSA Rule until October
The Trump administration made an announcement Tuesday it plans to delay the start of the Farmer Fair Practices Rules written by USDA’S Grain Inspection Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA).
The company will end operations at its Joslin, Ill., beef facility and its Eagle Mountain, Utah, case-ready facility plus it is pursuing the sale of its Pasco, Wash., beef facility.
