Burger King this week launched an online ad campaign blaming “cow farts” for climate change and announcing an initiative to feed cattle lemongrass to reduce methane emissions. Today on Farm Journal Live, ag environmental expert Dr. Frank Mitloehner of the University of California, Davis, will talk about what the ad campaign gets wrong and how it may actually hurt efforts to address climate change.
