Beef Today’s Beef Boot Camp, designed for foodservice and retail professionals, will provide a comprehensive overview of beef production, quality assurance and beef safety protocols. Held Aug. 6-8, 2014, near Denver, Colo., this one-of-a-kind training will provide a full-immersion experience.

Dr. Dan, a third-generation bovine veterinarian, is director of the Beef Cattle Institute and an internationally recognized expert and leader in the cattle industry. He teaches courses in production medicine, welfare and nutrition.
