Ranchbot, a leader in remote agricultural water management, is announcing the successful completion of a more than $15 million Series B financing round. In tandem with the funding, the company has completed a corporate “flip-up,” establishing Ranchbot Technology Holdings Inc. (a Delaware corporation) as its global parent company, with global headquarters officially anchored in Fort Worth, Texas.
Ranchbot is a global agricultural technology company that provides remote, satellite-connected water and infrastructure monitoring solutions for cattle ranches and farms. The company’s products eliminate manual water checks by using satellite IoT sensors to monitor water tank levels, pipelines and troughs. This reduces fuel use, limits vehicle wear-and-tear, saves labor hours and protects herd welfare through instant leak and low-water alerts.
The financial round was led by Lewis & Clark Partners, with strong participation from a syndicate of premier agricultural technology investors, including Fulcrum Global Capital, Builders VC, The Cultiv8 Livestock Technology Fund, Lever VC and Macdoch Ventures.
