The massive Brewster Ranch in far West Texas is for sale.

Located north of Big Bend National Park, the Brewster Ranch is 420,000 acres of mountains, springs, creeks, low Chihuahuan desert, and access to the Rio Grande. It is filled with wildlife, including the protected bighorn sheep.

Kentucky businessman Brad Kelley put the Brewster Ranch together from nearly two dozen properties over the course of several years.

Kelley, according to Forbes Magazine, is the seventh largest landowner in the U.S., with 1.15 million acres from Florida to Hawaii. Kelley was a farmer’s son who built his fortune as the founder of Commonwealth Brands, maker of USA Gold ad Malibu cigarettes. He sold the company for $1 billion in 2001.

The Brewster Ranch, about half the size of Rhode Island, is listed by King Land and Water for $320 million. The ranch is offered as a whole, or in five distinct separate ranches. The offering includes multiple buildings and houses, including a five-bedroom, four-bath Spanish Hacienda built around a central courtyard. There is also an airstrip and hangar, and numerous submersible water wells, solar wells and windmills that supply water to various storage tanks that are then piped to a network of water troughs for livestock and wildlife.

The Brewster Ranch is the largest ranch to be listed since the 520,000-acre W.T. Waggoner Ranch sold in 2016 for an estimated $725 million.
