According to data provided by the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, there are four kinds of beef — “conventional” (about 99% of all beef sold in the U.S.), “natural” (perhaps 1% of U.S. beef), “grass-fed” and “organic” (each presently accounting for 0.1% or less of US beef sales).
